Light and bright condo on the open gulf in Cedar Key! The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and launch directly from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town. Pet fee is $50 per pet, 2 pet maximum.

Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Our condo is located in the quaint little town of Cedar Key on the Gulf of Mexico. Cedar Key has lots to offer. Fishing. Boating. Shopping. Restaurants. Art boutiques. Small sunny islands that can be accessed by boats and kayaks. Our condo has a pool and hot tub and a boat wash area. There is a private dock on the intercostal that when the tide is right you can pull your boat right up to. Also Fish cleaning station. We have a BBQ grill and picnic tables available on the property.

Heated pool, ( October til May) under the oaks, large fenced in yard, take the 4 bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood or get the family out kayaking in the Bay, 1 double, 3 single kayaks, 1 paddle board , paddles and life jackets, 1/4 mile to 3 sisters springs! Our family has been coming here years and love the area
