La villa dispone di un ampio e panoramico terrazzo di circa 40 mq circondato dal verde dal quale si può ammirare la piscina privata e il mare. Dispone di aria condizionata, pompa di calore e caldaia.

Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati.
