La villa dispone di un ampio e panoramico terrazzo di circa 40 mq circondato dal verde dal quale si può ammirare la piscina privata e il mare. Dispone di aria condizionata, pompa di calore e caldaia.

The apartment is very central, located just in front of the historical "Osterio Magno" Palace, the old residence of the king Ruggero, 100 meters far from the Norman Cathedral and about 150 meters far from the beach. Everything you may need is at walking distance: pubs, bar, shops, restaurants, cafe' are all at 2 minutes walk, or less. The sea is 5 minutes walk and all the monuments are very close. The big Rock of Cefalu is just behind the house and can be easily reached for a nice excursion

To reach the villa, you will drive in a small stretch of road that is not asphalted, about 100 meters, but it is absolutely very easy to get in villa. The car is essential to rent this house.
