Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful house!

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi . La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.
