Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.

Our apartment it's located in the historical downtown area or Porto, on the oposite side from Palácio da Bolsa (The Stock Exchange Palace). This building was recently fully renovated and preserved its original facade. The views re unique in Porto and the location is very convenient to visit the city and you will be right next to the river too.
