葡萄牙渔民之家

Maison de pêcheur directement sur la plage rénovée en 2009 pour en faire une maison de vacances. Nous avons gardé l’authenticité du lieu en y apportant tout le confort nécessaire. La maison fait 48m² et est très bien agencée. La terrasse fait 50m² et est aménagée. La salle de douche donne sur la terrasse. C'est une maison hors du commun ou vous dormirez avec le son des vagues. Le double lit indiqué est en mezzanine, équipements pour les bébés (table à langer, baignoire bébé, chaise haute)

O interior de 42m contempla : -uma sala com sofá, um móvel de TV; -cozinha equipada com mesa e quatro cadeiras, máquina lavar roupa, micro ondas, maquina de café expresso , fogão, frigorífico arca e todos os utensílios de cozinha essenciais; - 1 quarto de casal ; -1 quarto com beliche; -1 casa de banho com duche.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
