This is your private home in nature away from home. Stay for a night or a month and experience the quiet serenity of the Hollywood hills life steps away from the beautiful Reservoir. This private studio is sun drenched and peaceful and is separate from the main house and has its own walkway covered in flowers and a place to park in front. Has everything you would need - tv, wifi, basic kitchen w sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle and French press for your lovely peaceful stay.

Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.
