Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Fully renovated down to the studs it has been restored to retain the midcentury history, yet upgraded with modern luxuries.

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee).
