Wilson and the Echo Park arroyo from the sun room, deck and living room. It's sunny with many windows and two skylights. Quiet yet in the middle of the city. Walking distance to restaurants.

The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.
