The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

A proximité vous trouverez de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, vtt... et vous serez proches des stations de ski: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50’. Genève et Annecy sont à moins d'une heure.

Pour la saison estivale, canyoning, escalade, rafting, parapentes, descentes en vélo de montagnes, luges d'été, accro-branches...

With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

Vous pourrez profiter du ski de piste, ski de fond, raquettes ..... Une jolie vue sur les montagnes vous attend. Nous pourrons vous guider dans la découverte de la vallée. Nous pouvons vous fournir les draps et les serviettes de bain pour 10 euros par personne.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre chalet d’alpage situé à 1300 m d’altitude et profitez d’une vue imprenable sur le massif du Mt Blanc. Isolé au cœur d’une vaste clairière, c’est un havre de paix accessible en voiture en été. (En hiver, accès en raquettes ou en quad à chenilles*.) Nombreuses balades, au départ du chalet. Bain nordique à disposition (en supplément).
