Luxury self-contained annexe near Chichester

Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Annexe - sleeps 2-4 (beach themed cottage)

The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Secluded self-contained apartment above cartbarn in pretty Sussex village close to Goodwood. Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Continental breakfast provided ie cereals and croissants. Dogs welcome.

The Little Gaff - One bedroom self contained cabin

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

A beautiful, spacious, light and airy self contained garden studio. 3 minutes walk to Chichester town centre, with Theatre, cinemas, Pallant Gallery, Cathedral, restaurants and bars. Continental style breakfast included. FREE PARKING ON OUR DRIVEWAY, NOW WITH EV CHARGER (type 2) at extra cost. Two minutes to train station/free buses to Goodwood events. Lovely canal walks and country pubs. Great outdoor space with dining and bar area, sun umbrella and outdoor heater.

The Bamboo Cabin - sleeps 2

A self-contained, peaceful garden hideaway. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you’d need for a short stay - bed linen, towels, toiletries, TV, Ninja oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and more. Located within walking distance of Chichester town centre near the train station and a short drive to Goodwood, Chichester Marina and West Wittering Beach. The cabin has private access through our garden and we also provide free parking on our driveway.

Welbeck Studio is a private, self contained luxury escape with the added benefits of your own private hot tub & sauna. Nestled in the little village of Nutbourne close to the pretty historic fishing villages of Emsworth and Bosham and the Roman City of Chichester. We are just a 10 min drive to Goodwood and 15 minutes to Historic Portsmouth and the beautiful award winning beaches of West Witterings. One night stays sometimes possible, on request only.
