There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

This split unit bungalow has a classic large covered front porch, great for sipping your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine! Experience our new FULLY REMODELED 9th St. Cottage! The Cottage includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, Smart TV with streaming apps, wifi and a complete indoor laundry set up for longer stays. You will have the entire house to yourself with a backyard oasis and outdoor game area and fire pit seating. Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

(On-site host is in other half of 2,200 sqft home, divided by locked french doors.) Quiet & secluded, surrounded by huge redwoods & sequoias, untouched by Camp Fire. No visible neighbors. English Garden and backyard bbq are shared spaces. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants. No pets. No background check or chores.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
