带私人桑拿的小木屋-就像在树屋里

Charmante Holzbohlenhütte nahe der Wasserburger Altstadt auf einem wilden Steilhanggrundstück. Mit Miniküche, Mikrowelle/Heißluft/Grill, einem Wasserkocher sowie einem Kühlschrank. Im kleinen Bad gibts eine Dusche und ein WC. Statt des Handwaschbeckens führt eine Türe auf die Sauna-Terrasse. Ausgestattet ist die Hütte mit Elektroheizung und E-Boiler (30l). Die Aussensauna lädt zum Entspannen ein. Pro Benutzung wird ein Unkostenbeitrag von 20Euro erhoben. Rauchen ist aussen vor der Hütte erlaubt.

Maritimes Ambiente direkt am Chiemsee! Unsere Junior-Suite findet Ihr in einer kleinen Wohnanlage direkt an der Seestrasse. Von dort habt Ihr einen Bilderbuchblick auf Berge und See. UND ganztags Sonne!! Die komfortable, liebevoll eingerichtete Junior-Suite bietet bequem Platz für 2 bis max. 4 Pers. und hat einen abgetrenntem Schlafbereich. Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

Ihr erreicht das kleine gemütliche Apartment mit eigenem Bad im ersten Stock eines historischen Hofes über einen separaten Außenaufgang. Hier gibt es alles was ihr braucht: Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kochnische mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC Der Außenaufgang ist groß genug, so dass ihr ihn auch als kleinen Balkon nutzen könnt oder ihr geht einfach in den großen Garten, der allen Gästen und mir zur Verfügung steht.

Wir bieten eine 50 qm große Wohnung mit Bergblick an! Wir wohnen hier sehr abgelegen und ruhig also der perfekte Ort um mal richtig abzuschalten! Das Strandbad in Taching und Tengling sind jeweils ca. 2km entfernt. Sie dürfen gerne Ihre Haustiere mitnehmen wie sie auf den Bildern sehen haben wir selbst welche. Wir freuen uns auf Ihr kommen! Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
