A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not a studio apartment, so it has no kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.

While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

The spa-like bathroom has a deep soaking tube and separate walk-in shower which offers rain-dance mode together with a view of Mount Sutro. The studio is a convenient, kitchenless suite with an independent entrance on the 3rd floor of my house!

It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered
