Enjoy this cozy casita for two on a small hill with lots of trees in Diamond Valley, centrally located right between downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. Please note that the bathroom is a detached building next to casita and has a compost toilet, shower and sink. Cuddle up in the soft queen bed(removable pad), make a cup of coffee or snack in the kitchenette, or relax on the attached patio. Pets are not allowed. We can’t accept reservations for someone not on your account. Infants welcome.

Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

Our country market is 1 mi down the road. Grand Canyon is less than 2 hrs away! Pets welcome for a small fee.

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.
