Full fridge + small fridge, microwave, tabletop stove, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle included. Gas grill on the patio + fire pit, - bring firewood. Smoking outside.

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

Enjoy beautiful Arizona sunsets and starry skies in our spacious 2 bedroom guest house. Private and secure gated entrance to the South side entrance of our property and home, with plenty of parking for your vehicle(s) and/or RV. All essentials; including laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable TV. Explore one of the many nearby lakes! Play area including a sand area, trampoline, and swings. Due to recent COVID-19 activity we are cleaning all areas of our rentals with a medical grade disinfectant.

Our home is centrally located on 1.5 acres. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

Starry Night B&B

Our place is perfect for a family getaway or get-together! Just 13 minutes to Gunsight Academy! Far enough off of the highway that there is lots of peace, quiet, and stars forever. We offer a bedroom with a queen bed, bedroom with triple bunkbeds, large living area with full fold down couch, and full kitchen. Laundry facility is attached to your unit. Our country market is 1 mi down the road. Grand Canyon is less than 2 hrs away! Pets welcome for a small fee.

Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay. Please be sure to let us know if you bring a pet when you book!
