Romantic Apartment with Garden & Rooftop Views

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Appartamento accogliente in un quartiere residenziale, luminoso, pavimenti in legno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, wi-fi, pulizia perfetta. Fermata BUS per Venezia a 300 mt: percorrenza 45 minuti. Stazione del TRENO a 2 km, parcheggio gratuito, il treno raggiunge Venezia in 20 minuti. Se automuniti ideale per visitare Treviso e Padova con Autostrada a 3km. Per i bebè passeggino a disposizione.

Un ingresso molto singolare per salire al quarto e ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un edificio storico in posizione strategica. Il loft dispone di una ampia altana (terrazza) panoramica sopra i tetti, con accesso diretto e uso esclusivo. Lo spazio esterno é attrezzato con tavolino, sedie, lettini da spiaggia e una (seconda) doccia funzionante. Sarà un soggiorno indimenticabile a Venezia centro storico 🥰

L'appartamento è composto da ingresso zona pranzo con angolo cottura. Sono a disposizione frigo, bollitore, Nespresso e microonde piastra induzione. Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia e scalda salviette. La camera da letto è molto ampia e dotata di Tv letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. L'occorente per la colazione è a disposizione. La porta d'ingresso si apre sull'ampio giardino con possibilità di relax all'esterno. Il parcheggio è sempre disponibile all'interno della proprietà.
