A due passi da Rialto e San Marco, all’interno del Campo Santa Maria Formosa, in un luogo magico dove convivono l'arte, la modernità e l'antica quotidianità di una Venezia che è ancora se stessa. Nel restauro e nella scelta della posizione, ho scelto di raccontarti la mia Venezia, attraverso quadri, architetture, oggetti antichi, mescolando l'utilizzo dell'oro e del verde, per riproporre il perfetto dialogo tra l'arte della Serenissima e la pace dei canali su cui affaccia la mia casa.

80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

Look out onto a canal and a watery cityscape that has barely changed for many centuries. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift!) without A/C, but each room is equipped with fans. The interior features many gloriously baroque touches, from the period furniture and marbled floors to the chandeliers and oriental-style patterned carpets. Please pay attention before to book, read the rules of the house and the extra fees: daily tourist tax, cleaning cost, late checkin (after 8pm).

vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.
