Garden Studio with ocean views

Our Garden Studio on the hill has great views over the Pacific . You will have exclusive use of the hot tub overlooking the garden and ocean. 15 min walk (5 min drive) to beach, village, cafes and bars. We welcome you to our sunny, garden studio with ensuite. No cooking facilities but there is a microwave and toaster. Enjoy the garden and the private separate entrance with off street parking. Lots of walking & bike trails at your doorstep.

Cosy stand-alone studio - breakfast included

Our cosy private studio offers guests a private ensuite, continental style breakfast, access to good bus routes and is on the fringes of the central city - 3.5 km walk to Cathedral Square, and 2.7 km from Te Kaha Stadium. It is handy to many amenities; movie theatres, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique-style shopping. Please note a small, very sociable dog and an elegant but very unsociable cat live on the property.
