Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
