Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

La struttura si trova nel cuore dell' appennino tosco-emiliano, a 15 km dalla Pietra di Bismantova, a 2 km dalla piscina e dal castello di Carpineti, immersa in numerosi percorsi naturalistici.

Chiesino Dei Vaioni

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Casa del 1700 in sasso appena ristrutturata. Vista mozzafiato sulle colline circostanti e sull'intera valle. A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati ect..). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Il vostro alloggio si trova nella stessa struttura della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio e il giardino sono invece condivisi ;)

There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
