Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Any special needs, i personaly ill take care.

Sintra River House, a restored watermill with capacity up to 3 persons, features 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed (Wi-Fi, AC, TV), 1 bathroom and 1 fully equipped kitchen. Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

It is an ideal apartment for a couple (2 people), that don't mind climbing stairs. Fully equipped apartment with free Wi-Fi. *2025 Update* The City Hall as granted Rooftop Carmo, which Is a Bar/Restaurant across the street a Loud Sound Permit. Ear plugs will be provided. The Living room ceiling was switched.

The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.
