Traditional and modern mallorquin beach house - Touristic License ETV6973, full equiped, internet, aircondition (cold/warm) 4 bedrooms (2 studios with own bathroom), 3 terraces, 4 bathrooms, aprox. 120m from the beach, max. occupancy 6adults + 2children between 0-12years old, Sat Tv, safe, fully equiped. Electricity will be charged with 0.32Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
