Our house welcomes guests. Solely used for rental purposes. It contains all household luxuries without the clutter of a hosts personal belongings. It’s your own luxury Lake Merritt Hotel. Large 4+ bedroom 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full all in separate rooms! There are eight elegant rooms consisting four bedrooms, laundry, full dining and living rooms, modern kitchen, 2 1/2 baths. A deck for entertaining. 1 car garage along with easy parking, wifi with two TVs on main level w/ bluetooth stereo.

With just 5 minutes fast water river access from the dock this home is an an ideal waterski/wakeboard/ fishing resort destination home from late may through late september and fishing/hunting year round. It's a great waterfront family summer getaway ideal for a large family or two to three families with children, a large gathering of friends. The interior features a large open kitchen/dining and high ceiling living area with access to a large outdoor deck and beautiful long views of the water
