An ideal studio for a couple or for a family of 3. It has a double bed, a small folding bed, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with spectacular sea view. It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. Fabio was a planner of the 5T Park and has lots of info. A tourist tax of € 3 per person/day not included in Airbnb is to be paid on arrival (max. € 9 per person).

Located in main street, only 20 metres from the bus stop in town centre (the shuttle bus runs up from train station), and just a few steps from all local shops, restaurants and main attractions (sightseeing and walking trails). It is suitable for 2 or 3 people (3 single beds are also possible). Fully equipped kitchenette (all dishes&tools), hairdryer and FREE WIFI! In short, perfect for even a weekly stay.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.
