Welcome to our true New Mexican Adobe home, located in the North Valley of Albuquerque! Our home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, a swamp cooler,and a true adobe fireplace. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, the property is an ideal place to unwind and recharge. In warm or cold months, come enjoy our sauna in the sun room, our fire pit on our charming backyard patio, or our adobe fireplace in the living room. See you soon

The Ivy House - A Dash of Paradise

Host will meet you to give you the door code and a tour of the property. Entire house w/ a park-like backyard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, dining, sun room, & washer/dryer. Home is close to Rio Rancho, Presbyterian Medical Center, Sandoval Regional Medical Center, Intel, HP, and Rio Rancho Event Center. Pets are welcome for a fee ($50 per pet) * Pets must be with the owner while outside *Pets not allowed on the furniture or beds * Pet waste must be picked up

We welcome you to our Desert Hideaway! This space is great for families and groups alike, with lots of room to spread out and enjoy. Relax in the cozy tv room, visit in the front sitting room with a view of the Sandia mountains, play foosball, or sit on the back patio and enjoy the spacious backyard. We are pet friendly and welcome your furry friends! This is a quiet location but very close access to I-25 and Paseo del Norte, which can quickly get you to wherever you want to be in Albuquerque.

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds, just a few minutes drive, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.
