Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. There is central Air conditioning and heating. Thanks to the water softener, there is soft water. The apartment has fast WiFi.

Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.
