Situa se num primeiro andar de uma casa germinada , tem uma varanda exterior que acompanha o comprimento da casa. Fica a 30m a pé das praias , e a 5m de carro . Tem vários bons restaurantes perto e inclusive o Mac Donalds e tambem supermercados para fazer compras. Está decorado de forma simples, confortavel e equipado com tudo para passarem umas boas férias.
