Beautiful 3-bedroom’s loft apartment located in the heat of the old town of Marbella. 130 sq meters with open kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with bad rooms in suite, toilet and laundry. It is in an historical building though is totally renewed in a modern and minimalist style with high standards materials. Beautiful roof top. It is just a five minutes walk from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies,bus and taxi stops, supermarket, Parking and all kinds of shops.

Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la proximidad de la playa (60 metros) y del casco antiguo. Mi alojamiento es ideal para una escapada romántica de parejas o para parejas con niños. El consumo eléctrico es cargo cliente a razón de 0.30€ el Kw consumido. Es un apartamento reformado recientemente con terminaciones de altas calidades. Equipado con TV conectada mediante Internet para poder visualizar múltiples cadenas extranjeras. Dispone de aire acondicionado y calefacción. Ideal para parejas.

It's a bright apartment, like a loft. Everything open except his own bathroom. Has an equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools. You will enjoy it because it's homely. It has a lot of services and interesting places near the apartment. Like everything it's only 5 minutes (maximum) far from the apartment. Beach, restaurants, supermarket, town center. My family and I are leaving really close to the apartment, so will be a pleasure to help you everytime you need it. Welcome to "your home"!
