Está muy cerca del centro histórico y de la playa La Caleta . Cerca hay restaurantes, bares , supermercados, farmacia y hospital .Es muy seguro y silencioso. Dispone de parking amplio, gratis para un coche grande ó cuatro motos . A partir del 1-01-2026 sólo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con la tarjeta B como mínimo y a partir del 1-01 2027 sólo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con tarjeta ambiental CERO ó ECO ó tendrán que aparcar en un parking público de pago qué está cerca.

Zu Fuß erreicht ihr den Strand Lavaculos in 200m, herrlich für Familien mit Kindern um Krebse zu suchen, zu angeln und Seevögel zu beobachten. Zur Costa Sancti Petri sind es 5 m, fussläufig. Die Wohnung ist 85m2 groß und sehr ruhig gelegen, vom großen Balkon schaut ihr über die Pools und den Garten, vom kleinen Balkon blickt ihr über die Marismas bis Cádiz.
