An ecletic vintage-treated flat with a boho touch

Housed in an early-1900s Liberty building just steps from Milano Centrale, this newly renovated three-room apartment is a space where materials tell a story. Vintage, retro and subtle colonial echoes blend into a refined bohemian aesthetic—eclectic yet restrained. Carrara marble meets teak parquet, round arches shape flow and continuity. Turquoise Moroccan zellige and deep ultramarine glazes bring warmth, craft, and a hint of travel: ours. A soulful, unmistakably Milanese—yet quiet—retreat.

Luminoso e confortevole appartamento di 45 mq con ingresso indipendente e grande terrazzo. È composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale e da un soggiorno con un divano letto a due piazze. Dispone di angolo cottura ben attrezzato e del necessario per la colazione: pane, marmellata, caffè, tè e brioche, da gustare in casa o sul grande terrazzo. Bagno con doccia. Si affaccia su un grande giardino privato in condivisione con eventuali ospiti del Green Cottage. Dispone di aria condizionata.

Bellissimo appartamento composto da due locali con travi a vista, bagno finestrato e grosso terrazzo zona Stazione Centrale all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca. L' appartamento è provvisto di aria condizionata e pompe di calore. Il mio alloggio si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo d'epoca ed è sprovvisto di ascensore. Ben servita da tutti i mezzi pubblici metro, tram e autobus. La Stazione Centrale si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. In zona troverete anche supermercati, ristoranti e bar.

Scuderia 100 Pertiche

La proprietà si trova vicino a Milano 25 km, Pavia 15 km, Lodi 15 km, Colline di San Colombano 10 km, Aeroporto Linate 25 km, arte, cultura e natura. La villa è immersa nella campagna lombarda ed è completamente rifinita in legno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi ed amanti della natura e dei cavalli. Possibilità di campi da tennis, voli in mongolfiera e scuola di pilotaggio droni nelle vicinanze.

Very central and strategically located space consisting of a double bedroom, relaxation area, full bathroom and delightful terrace. It does not have a full kitchen but a small fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and breakfast items. A few steps from the Central Station, it is served by the Red Metro, trams and buses, but also a fifteen minute walk from the Duomo. Services of all kinds, restaurants, shops make this multi-ethnic area lively and dynamic, all to be explored.
