Casa muy privada en zona tranquila a los pies del Montgó con piscina de 13'5x 4'5mts y Jacutzzi. Soleada todo el dia con orientación Sur. A 2 minutos andando a una clínica privada, supermercado,cafetería y restaurantes. 3 minutos en coche al Campo de Golf. Consta de 3 dormitorios, salón amplio con chimenea, cocina totalmente equipada, dos baños . El salón y dos de los dormitorios tienen acceso al porche con vistas a la piscina y paisaje.Toda la casa tiene aire-acondicionado y calefacción.

Casa la Luna is een zelfstandig vakantiehuis met 2 slaapkamers en een privé tuintje. Gelijk ernaast (aan de overkant van de doodlopende wijkweg) ligt het omheinde grote gezamenlijke zwembad met apart kinderbad. De woning ligt centraal in een rustige woonwijk kijkend op het dorp Benitachell. Zandstranden liggen in de buurt op ca. 15 minuten rijden (Moraira en Jávea). Ook zijn er dichtbij kindvriendelijke en goede restaurants. De supermarkt Mas y Mas is makkelijk bereikbaar op 2 minuten rijden.

Welcome to our cosy and sunny home! The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street and is open all year long. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car Cala Moraig beach), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the town of Moraira.
