There's a large living space, full kitchen, and luxurious bathroom with washer/dryer. A/C and heated floors provide comfort just like home. This guest suite is part of a Victorian home built in 1892 within San Jose's historic Lakehouse district. We created this space specifically to host family and guests and hope you enjoy your stay.

You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304
