With stunning ocean views from every room, the private addition includes a bridge/hall, decks, bedroom and bathroom consisting of jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower.

The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304
