There are 3 large queen beds, a large kitchen, 1 bathroom, a spacious art room with vaulted wood ceiling and an L shaped comfortable couch. Upon entering our home you will be in the living room, a large spacious area designed with style and class, highlighted by a large gray couch along with a TV with smart connectivity. On your left there’s the entrance to the art room followed by an entrance to the Kitchen. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with Restaurant Grade state-of-the-art Wolf Stove complete Grill alongside a spacious restaurant size Sub Zero Fridge. The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The house is located in the Venice Beach Silver Triangle, one of the the nicest and most prestigious beach communities. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking is also availability for you to enjoy during your stay. The Venice Beach house is an iconic and tasteful retreat that stays true to its beach design of yesteryear, through the years it has housed artists, actors, celebrates, producers, families, lovers, friends dreamers and explorers. Venice Beach is home to Bird and Lime Scooters where you can rent a electric scooter easily to zip around the beach. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. Including music, television, people, etc. Respecting neighbors and the neighborhood is taken seriously, complaints from neighbors will result in 100% loss of deposit and immediate end to reservation with no refund. - Smoking is only allowed outside, please respect your health, our home and neighbors - Please make sure to keep all doors and windows locked. - Reservation is for your group only. At no point are there any additional guests/visitors allowed in the home or on the property without written approval via the AirBnB app before the reservation is made. -We kindly request that EVERY person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non-overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. You can add guests up until your check in using the alteration tool. - We have spent a lot of time and love selecting the furniture and designing the look and feel of the Venice Beach House. Most of the furniture and artwork are originals works, collectors’ items and designer pieces treat them with care and respect as many cannot be replicated or replaced. A 55" tv is in one of the bedrooms (disguised by a pull-down map). It has Roku but no cable. Enjoy lots of games and books to read, a piano in the living room and access to high speed internet and WiFi. Wander in the gardens or orchard in the back. Relax or dine under the shady grape arbor. I live in a small cottage in the back of the property. While I respect your privacy, I enjoy meeting new guests and welcome your questions. On parle francais. Se habla espanol. The house is located in apple country, outside the small town of Sebastopol. It's very easy to find in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood across the street from a Christmas tree farm. Apple orchards and vineyards are within walking distance. The quaint town of Graton is half a mile away. It has an art gallery operated by local artists, an antique store and a variety of restaurants including the Underwood Bar and Bistro, rated as "number 4 of America's 50 Most Amazing Wine Experiences by the Food and Wine Magazine." A recent article in the local paper describes nearby Graton well: https://www.pressdemocrat.com/news/9514352-181/explore-graton-west-county-town?artslide=1 In the town of Sebastopol, there is a large variety of popular restaurants. We also have over 40 wineries, including the top rated: Merry Edwards, FEATURED IN JULY 2014 ISSUE OF SUNSET MAGAZINE and just 0.2 miles from the house! Graton Ridge Cellars, FEATURED IN JULY 2014 ISSUE OF SUNSET MAGAZINE and 0.6 miles from the house! Red Car Wine Company, 0.3 miles away. Iron Horse Vineyards also featured in July 2014 issue of Sunset Magazine and 3.6 miles from the house! Other recommended wineries in Sebastopol include: Lynmar Iron Horse Taft Street Cahill Dutton-Goldfield (one third mile from house) Scherrer Freeman Marimar. Enjoy several hiking trails close by, or drive on scenic country roads directly from the house to a variety of attractions. There is a gorgeous half-hour drive through the town of Occidental to the ocean. The Russian River Steelhead Beach is 5.6 miles away. Drive ten minutes farther to visit Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve where you can walk through a towering forest of trees that are hundreds of years old. Historic Healdsburg, with its central plaza, shops, restaurants and wineries is also a scenic 25 minute drive away. The 9-hole Sebastopol Golf Course is a little over a mile away. There is a variety of grocery stores in Sebastopol. My favorite is Andy's, a fruit and vegetable stand that also carries other food. It takes 3 minutes to drive there. This area was not impacted by the fires.

Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in.
