The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca. All'esterno troviamo numerosi spazi aperti,zona barbecue,veranda con tavolino e forno a legna.

Prenditi una pausa e rilassati nella tranquillità della Lunigiana. Appartamento immerso nel verde e con magnifica vista sulle Alpi Apuane, in buona posizione a metà tra il mare e la montagna. L'appartamento dista soltanto 2 chilometri da supermercati, stazioni di servizio e fermate di bus e treno da cui raggiungere facilmente le Cinque Terre e città quali Firenze, Pisa, Lucca Genova e Parma.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

Garfagnana- La Casa Del Franco

La casa è situata in Vergaia un piccolissimo paesino sulle sponde del Lago di Vagli, l’unico gruppo di case che affaccia su Fabbriche di Careggine, l’antico borgo che è stato sommerso dalle acque del lago. Il paese è l’ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla città e per chi vuole trovare tranquillità visti i pochissimi residenti.
