We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

FYI the coast drive is now accessible between here and LA, but may be shut down during stormy weather, so be sure to follow local weather reports or just call Caltrans.
