A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. Close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium , art and culture, restaurants and dining and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's a detached new unit, clean and on the Monterey Peninsula. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

Walking distance to grocery stores, Walgreens, and local restaurants. Perfect retreat for a couple or just you!

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Parking is inside the big yard. It is close to Carmel Beach, 17-Mile Drive, Big Sur, Aquarium, Lovers' Point, DLI, NPS, Point Lobos State Park as well as all the beautiful beaches on Monterey Peninsula. It is an ideal base for a family of 4-6 people to explore Monterey Bay areas.
