Our studio space is brand new and accessible through our backyard with a keyless entry system. Our dogs - Jack Jack and Sophie Nacho - may welcome you but there is a gate closing in the space so they won’t be greeting you close up!

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Safe and quiet neighborhood 15 minutes to downtown and RiNo, 1 mile to light rail station, 20 minutes to DIA, and 4 miles to Anschutz Medical Campus, Colorado Children's hospital and VA. Walking distance to restaurants, brewery, and grocery store. Amazing shared outdoor space to enjoy the nice Denver evenings!

Welcome to the our clean and bright studio apartment that offers a fenced backyard for your pup! Located in a walkable neighborhood with dining, breweries, shops and parks. See downtown from your second story deck! We are close to downtown, RiNo, in Five Points and also near LoDo. This space is private and not attached to our home. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, sink, coffee maker and toaster, all dishes and silverware. There is a large walk in closet.
