This home includes 4 bedrooms: a first floor master with a shared bathroom, a second floor master with a shared bathroom, and 2 other bedrooms upstairs (1 queen with private bath, and one "kids room" with 2 full size beds). The home comes w/ access to 6 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak, along with a pedal boat (with a signed liability waiver). We are located 35 minutes from Jay Peak and Burke Mountain and there is access to the VAST snowmobile trails from the lake. Relax w/ the entire family.

Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

This cabin is the real deal - left mostly as it was built over 100 years ago, so expect quirks and charm.

Complete with kitchenette, private bathroom, queen size bed, television, dining for 4, small desk area & comfy sofa chairs. Internet access. Enjoy easy access with this centrally located place. Pop downstairs to the Tavern for great food and drinks or call for room service. Noise Notice: Friday & Saturday nights a live band plays music at the Tavern untill 11 o’clock. No pets.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.
