Firefly Guesthouse presents our cozy studio which is located only two blocks from charming downtown Livermore. Please read the entire listing before booking, as we want to ensure our studio is the right fit! Early check-in or late check-out are an extra cost of $10 per hour, however approval is based on availability.

Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing. You can swim between docks or in the deep water. Beautiful view from the living room and sun room! Perfect for family and friends.
