The house comprises of a large living room, two double bedrooms (with AC!) , a bedroom with bunk beds (no AC), two new bathrooms, a courtyard with outdoor shower,a large garden with BBQ, outdoor shower and private parking . The house has WiFi The closest beach is 20 minutes on foot (5min driving) while the beaches of Su Giudeu and Sa Tuerredda are less than 15 minutes away by car

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
