PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR OTHER HUTS, IF THIS ONE IS ALREADY BOOKED FOR YOUR DATE About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Iznajmljuje se kuća sagrađena 1778. godine, koja je nedavno renovirana, a pritom su zadržani tradicionalni materijali gradnje. U prizemlju je dnevna soba s blagovaonicom, kuhinja, kupaonica s WC-om, prostorija saune, a u potkrovlju dvije spavaće sobe i predsoblje (ukupno 105 m2). Osigurano je parkirno mjesto i natkriveni roštilj s terasom. Oko kuće nalazi se prekrasna priroda, pa je kuća idealna za smještaj ljubitelja prirode, lovaca i ribolovaca. U blizini je Arboretum Opeka i špilja Vindija.

Kućica se nalazi u središnjem dijelu gornjeg Međimurja, 15 km od Čakovca, 3 km od LifeClass terma Sveti Martin, na biciklističkoj ruti. Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. Kućica je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kuhinjskim priborom, caffe aparatom, mikrovalnom pećnicom, perilicom suđa i veša. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi i veliki parking za aute.

Okolica vabi na pohodniške in kolesarske poti, za sprostitev ali aktivno preživljanje prostega časa. V bližini so termalna zdravilišča, naravne znamenitosti in Bazilika Marije Zavetnice. The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

V popolnoma opremljeni kuhinji si pripravite zajtrk, skuhate kavo in že uživate na urejeni zelenici ali na terasi, kjer vas čaka gugalnica za dva. Apartment "Dublin" is a perfect place for a couple or single person. It is located in the city centre, in a detached house consisting of 2 apartments, each with separate entrance. There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.
