Villa Bell Aria - Charming Villa in a Green Oasis

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Apartments Vladimira are close to the beach (less than 300 m) and suitable for families, romantic couples and pets. Vila je klimatizirana u cijelosti, svih 5 spavaćih soba te dnevni boravak imaju vlastiti klima uređaj (ukupno 6). Gostima su na raspolaganju i stanice za punjenje električnih vozila.

Vacation house Kate will enchant you with its fascinating sea view. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing on the sun loungers. It is located 250m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

That means the guests have to take their own drinking water. Also, please note that the property is not suitable for kids under 5 years of age.
