Wake to views of a working horse farm and rolling green fields. It’s the perfect peaceful escape—ideal for slowing down, reconnecting, and experiencing the magic of Swiss country life.

Located within the Oerlikon district of Zurich, the apartment offers two loggias & a garden view. The apartment is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking and cycling. The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

​Gelegen im ländlichen Hochfelden, erreichen Sie den Flughafen Zürich mit dem Auto in 15 und die City in 40 Minuten. Alternativ fährt regelmässig ein Bus zum Bahnhof Bülach. Von dort gibt es direkte Verbindungen nach Zürich und an den Flughafen (ca. 45min Reisezeit). Für eine komfortablere An- und Abreise biete ich zudem einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Zürich und City.

Steps away from nice forrest and amazing landscapes, couple of steps away from public transport. 20 minutes to city center and lake. Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. Coffee maker, dishes, refrigerator and microwave are available! NO stove or oven!
