L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

Elegant, bright and comfortable, the apartment is characterised by a long balcony and consists of a spacious living area, a study room, and a bedroom. Perfect for couples, it is equipped with every comfort, including mosquito nets for windows, air conditioning and a large TV in the room. The unit is silent and located just outside the tourist flow in one of the most fascinating and lively neighbourhoods of Venice: Cannaregio.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
