Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Passata la bellissima corte interna, l'appartamento si sviluppa con un ampio ingresso con pareti affrescate ed una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco. La suite privata, recentemente ristrutturata, ha soffitti a cassettoni di 6 metri ed arredi di pregio. Dalla finestra si accede a un balcone con vista sulla piazza. Le pulizie 50€ saranno pagate durante il soggiorno.

La casina, ubicata nel cuore storico di Termoli. All’interno troverete un piccolo bagno con piano doccia e lavatrice. Una camera con un comodo letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, un ampio armadio e una Smart tv con Netflix! All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè. Vi è inoltre un comodo letto singolo e un divano letto.

Abenteuer?! Blockhütte im tinyhouse-Stil für die gemütliche Auszeit im Vogtland. Die Hütte hat ein kleines Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche, WC und ein Spülbecken. Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Nach Möglichkeit kann vor Ort eine Saunafass dazugebucht werden.
