Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

You will find everything you need during your stay: a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and dish washer; a cozy bathroom with a big shower cabin; a large bedroom with a king size mattress; a sofa bed that can host 1 additional guest; air conditioning, TV and a working gramophone.

Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. Von dem separaten 1200 qm großen Grundstück in Dorflage habt Ihr freien Blick in die Landschaft und den Sternenhimmel sowie die Qual der Wahl möglicher Ausflugsziele in einem Landschafts- und Vogelparadies oder des anzusteuernden Badesees.
