You'll love the comfy bed, fast free wi-fi, full kitchen, electric fireplace plus free coffee and tea. My studio condo is great for couples, solo travelers, guests who work remotely, small families and guests with well behaved pets. (no additional pet fee). Do not leave pets alone inside. The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

We're a pleasant drive from many points of interest including Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley, Ash Meadows and much more! Enjoy a quiet evening watching a movie on Netflix or visit one of the local casinos for fun and excitement. Nighttime view of the desert sky is breathtaking. Enjoy! Enjoy staying downtown, where you can access all of the conveniences of town, and also have views of open space, including horses grazing, right out the front door. This ground-floor apartment was recently renovated. There is lots of natural light, which heightens the beauty of the wood floors. Looking for a lovely place to stay with amazing views? At Mineral King Guest House, you'll feel like you're up in the trees or right in the Milky Way. We are two miles from the Foothills entrance station for Sequoia National Park. The recently remodeled apartment is about 500 square feet in two rooms plus a bathroom. It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
