The Nest is a 45m2 apartment with private access, occupying its own floor in a beautifully renovated former vigneron's home. Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Nest offers stunning views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an action-packed adventure, the region has everything for an unforgettable vacation.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

A 5 min du centre historique d’Evian, des thermes et du lac Leman. Il est également situé à 15 min du domaine skiable de Bernex. L’appartement est complètement équipé et peut accueillir de 2 à 4 personnes. Les oreillers, draps, couettes et serviettes sont fournis. La cuisine est équipée. Parking gratuit devant le bâtiment.

Balcon. 3 min à pied de l'Unil, 10 min de l'EPFL 5 min en tram du centre ville. 5 min à pied du bord du lac Literie et linge de bain fournis. Machine à Café et Bouilloire. Salle-de-bain avec douche.

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited.
